Ian is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a member of the Residential Property Surveyors Association. Ian has been undertaking residential surveys and valuations for 30 years and often receives recommendations from local estate agents and solicitors. Ian is the current chairman of Portsmouth Property Association having held the position twice before.

Chris is an Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a member of the Residential Property Surveyors Association having completed a level 6 Diploma in Residential Survey and Valuation. Chris has been involved in property throughout his 30 year career and often receives recommendations from local estate agents and solicitors. Chris is a past Chairman of the Portsmouth Property Association and continues as an active committee member.

Daryn is a co-founder of the business and is an award-winning entrepreneur having established several property businesses including estate agency, land consultancy and property management practices. Daryn brings a wealth of commercial knowledge and is actively involved in business development. Daryn is also our resident HMO (House in Multiple Occupation) expert and assists clients venturing into this specific area of property.

An experienced Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with over fifteen years project management and building surveying credentials. An all-round team player with extensive knowledge of building pathology, general building principles, health and safety legislation and maintenance strategies. A committee member and keen supporter of Portsmouth Property Association.

Mark has been involved in property for over 25 years having worked in estate agency, lettings and property management practices across Hampshire and West Sussex. Mark has a thorough knowledge of the house moving process and he deals with the majority of enquiries to the office. This enhances the customer experience and ensures that all clients understand the different levels of survey and service options we provide. In addition to this, Mark arranges the survey inspections and is actively involved in business development and managing relationships with local estate agents, solicitors and mortgage brokers.

Bryn is an Associate of the Royal Institution of Charted Surveyors and RICS Registered Valuer. Bryn has been working within a property environment for 20 years and has experience of dealing with a large variety of clients across the Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire counties. Bryn works alongside local estate agencies, solicitors and mortgage brokerages as a trusted surveyor to provide their clients with a realistic and honest opinion, where this authentic and customer focused approach achieves ongoing recommendations from friends and family of the clients, we are grateful to work with.

Kieran is a highly experienced Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years of survey and valuation expertise in Hampshire and West Sussex. Highly regarded in the local area, he is renowned for providing high-quality professional advice and being readily available to assist clients.

Oli joined Destin Chandler Hawkins as a Customer Service Assistant in October 2024 to support the increasing volume of enquiries and instructions the firm is receiving. With a background in estate agency covering Hampshire and West Sussex, Oli brings a wealth of experience in the property sector. Oli has a strong interest in all aspects of property, and is committed to providing a helpful, customer-focused service that supports the DCH’s continued growth and reputation. Oli is our resident drone pilot registered with the Civil Aviation Authority.

Rob is an Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a RICS Registered Valuer. With five years of experience in surveying and eight years in property sales and development prior to that, Rob specialises in residential properties and has a strong reputation for his professional expertise.

Known for his client-focused approach, Rob frequently receives recommendations from local estate agents and prides himself on providing thorough and reliable advice. Serving areas from Portsmouth through to Ringwood, Rob brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to every project.
