Rachael McCabe

Rachael qualified as an Associate of RICS in November 2014 whilst employed in a property management role and has over 19 years’ experience in the property industry.

Prior to joining Chandler Hawkins, Rachael was a building surveyor in the commercial field, with another firm in the Portsmouth area. She has experience in dilapidations matters, schedules of condition, managing works, reinstatement cost assessments and pre-acquisition surveys.
